Viva Life Coaching

The majority of my work with my clients is face to face as I feel it is vitally important in the process of life coaching to be able to see and therefore communicate with the person I am working with. To compliment the one to one sessions, there will of course be telephone and email communication.

For your convenience, I have offices at my home and at The Nottingham Squash Rackets Club in The Park, Nottingham. Both venues have car parking and are within easy reach of Nottingham City Centre, Derby, and Leicester and the M1 motorway. All meetings are of course held in complete confidence.
